REV is a precise and safe automation for sliding gates because it is equipped with a movement reading system which uses a magnetic or digital encoder. The card controls the movement of the gate, detects the presence of obstacles and, when it finds them, reverses the direction of travel. In addition to external safety accessories, such as photocells and safety edges, the encoder makes the gate even more reliable.
Some models of REV are equipped with a magnetically actuated limit switch. Thanks to the magnets placed on the rack at the maximum opening and closing points, the movement becomes more calibrated, mechanical wear is reduced, and the gate opens and closes even if the rack is covered by snow or ice.
REV, in its 230V version, is equipped with a forced ventilation system which, always operating when the gate is moved, disperses the heat generated internally. In this way, the wear of the gate decreases and the motor, lasts longer.

What happens if a sudden power cut stops your gate? Some 230V versions of REV are equipped with a reversible movement system. In the event of a power failure, the brake is automatically deactivated so the gate can be opened manually. In non-reversible versions, the automation can be released and the gate opened manually, either from the inside using the supplied key or from the outside using BLINDOS. The 24V version of REV is battery powered, so in the event of a power failure the gate continues to operate without interruption. It is also available with GREEN ENERGY, a combination of solar panels and storage batteries that is particularly suitable for locations where traditional power lines are difficult to reach. With REV, you will never be locked in or out of your property.
REV can be easily programmed using the control board located in a raised and frontal position and that can be easily accessed in case of maintenance, even when available spaces are reduced.
