PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Faulty Goods

DEA provides a ‘Return to base’, repair or replace warranty.

If any returns qualify for inspection under warranty then every attempt will be made to repair the faulty goods before replacing them. Please note that if you have opted for an advance warranty replacement you will also likely receive the repaired item back and be liable to pay for the replacement.

 

Returned Goods

Any goods being returned to DEA for credit must be returned within 60 days of the original invoice. Please remember to send any goods in adequate packaging to prevent damage and that all parts of the product are returned. All returns will be inspected upon arrival to check for marks and damage. Incomplete or damaged items will be subject to a re-stocking fee based on their condition up to a maximum of 30% of their value.
